Responsibilities:

Make high-level decisions on business policies and strategy.

Represent the company in negotiations, strategic alliances, and key events.
Maintain strong relationships with key business partners, investors, and stakeholders.
Assess and manage business risks to protect the company's interests.

Report to the Board of Directors on the company's status and progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive roles or equivalent positions.
Proven experience in successfully managing companies or large departments.
Exceptional leadership and management skills with multidisciplinary teams.
