Project Leaders

Our Project Leaders plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish. Their primary role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, ensuring full compliance with objectives and deliverables based on the design of the business vertical (industry).

Define the management of scope, cost, and time, as well as risks, constraints, and action and mitigation plans during project execution.

Generate project status reports, always keeping all stakeholders (Company Management, Clients, etc.) informed about the progress.

Lead the team responsible for achieving project objectives, coordinating all stakeholders.

Support clients by acting as a facilitator of change processes.

Coordinate with the Industry Leader (if applicable) on deliverables to the client and the administrative process
The Associate may also participate in the search and analysis of companies in their region requested by national or international clients, which could grant edi AI an investment mandate.

Your experience and knowledge will allow you to earn income through participation in each project. The income model of edi AI is not based on hourly rates; however, it takes market averages into account to ensure the Associate’s work is profitable, while always being supported and accompanied by our Artificial Intelligence “Edward.”

Our consultants provide specialized advice to solve problems, optimize processes, and improve efficiency within companies.
Participation as an expert in the business vertical (industry) or in a specific specialty depending on the project's needs.

May choose to participate partially or fully in the deliverables to the client.

Responsible for coordinating with the Project Leader regarding client interaction, documentation, reports, and deliverables throughout the project.

Responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing all necessary industry data, including market, products, competition, services, and other essential information for the project
