Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Consultant with strong analytical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis, problem-solving, and a strong customer focus. As a Junior Consultant, you will work under the supervision of senior consultants to help our clients improve their processes and achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities:
Assist in data analysis and report preparation for consulting projects.
Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and challenges.
Collaborate in identifying solutions and implementing strategies to enhance client performance.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Develop and maintain effective client relationships under the guidance of senior consultants.
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and project documentation.
Support project management tasks, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles or internships in consulting or analysis.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and presentation software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
