Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Manager to lead our sales team and develop effective commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales, team management, and a strategic approach to identifying new market opportunities. They should be a natural leader with the ability to motivate their team and meet established sales goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to adjust strategies and ensure goal attainment.

  • Collaborate with other departments to align commercial objectives with the company’s overall strategy.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

  • Manage the commercial department's budget and optimize available resources.

  • Represent the company at events and meetings with clients and business partners.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and managing commercial teams.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and market growth.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on it.

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.
